Job Title: Personal Secretary
Location: Mumbai
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with strong communication skills, able to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism
- Prepare and organize meetings, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and support personal and professional tasks for the executive
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Ensure efficient and timely handling of tasks and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or in an administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
