Job Summary

As a Sr Product Specialist in ISG you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging your expertise in Triple A Plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with market demands. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and requires no travel allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing to the companys growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of product features by utilizing your expertise in Triple A Plus Triple A to meet market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful product implementation and maintenance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain product integrity and customer trust.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and future development.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for product refinement and enhancement.
  • Support sales and marketing teams by providing product expertise and insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Triple A Plus with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Show a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to translate them into actionable product strategies.
  • Display proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure product offerings meet and exceed user expectations.
