About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team in Pune. This pivotal role involves selling our comprehensive range of
SAP training and certification programs
to both individual professionals and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to sell high-value, career-transforming services in the booming SAP ecosystem.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)Sales & Business Development
- Lead Generation:
Actively search for and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and cold-calling. - Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including presenting training solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales for SAP courses. - Achieve Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for enrollments and revenue. - Product Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of our SAP training portfolio (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors) and clearly articulate their value proposition.
Client Relationship Management
- Consultative Selling:
Understand client needs, career goals, or corporate objectives to recommend the most suitable SAP training programs. - Database Management:
Accurately update and maintain sales activities, lead status, and client information in the CRM system.

Requirements
- Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role, preferably in the
IT Training, EdTech, or Consulting
industry. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Core Skills:
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills. - Mindset:
Highly energetic, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. - Technical Aptitude:
A basic understanding of
SAP technology
or enterprise software is a significant plus.
