Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Sales Leasing professional at A Advani Realty, located in Pune. The role entails day-to-day tasks such as conducting sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. The professional will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential business.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Presentations and Sales skills
  • New Business Development skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
