We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Paid Media Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign strategy, and performance analytics to drive quality leads and maximize ROI. Working in real estate sector previously will be a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and ensure continuous optimization for better results.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop ad creatives and copy aligned with campaign goals.
  • Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and landing page conversions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree .
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with remarketing and conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRM tools (a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
