Job Overview
Narayana Infra is seeking a passionate and skilled Social Media Ads Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a mid-level, full-time professional, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns to maximize leads and drive returns for our real estate projects. Suitable candidates should have up to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in campaign management (Mandatory skill), including creation, monitoring, analysis, and optimization across various social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, including segmentation, audience targeting, and budget allocation to generate qualified leads.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, managing search, display, and remarketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through strategic planning, creative execution, and monitoring of advertising funnels specifically for real estate projects.
- Strong skills in analytics reporting, using tools to interpret campaign data, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to create effective ad content, including copy and visuals, tailored to the targeted audience to enhance engagement and achieve conversion goals.
- Experience in conversion optimization, regularly testing and refining ads and landing pages to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Proficiency in Instagram Ads, including ad set-up, creative planning, and targeting strategies relevant to the real estate segment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and evolving best practices within real estate to maintain competitive advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to maximize the number and quality of leads while ensuring cost-efficiency in ad spend.
- Generate and interpret comprehensive analytics reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, using insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content aligned with Narayana Infras brand and campaign objectives.
- Implement targeting strategies to reach prospective investors and property buyers, leveraging audience segmentation and retargeting techniques.
- Monitor online engagement and analyze conversion funnels, adapting approaches to meet lead generation and ROI targets.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform changes to optimize strategies and maintain industry competitiveness.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign efforts with broader business goals and ensure a consistent customer experience.
