Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Develop and execute monthly social media calendars for all brands.
  • Maintain distinct tone and identity for each brand (fun, emotional, luxury, creative, elegant).
  • Ideate, script, and coordinate photo/video shoots for reels and campaigns.
  • Write crisp, on-brand captions and manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage DMs, comments, and engagement to build an active community.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and creators for brand visibility.
  • Track content performance and refine strategy based on insights.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns for leads, reach, and brand awareness.
  • Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and generate actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with BD and creative teams for campaign alignment and landing page optimization.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, ad formats, and best practices.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, BD, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support events, launches, and special campaigns across all brands.
  • Ensure visual and tonal consistency across every brand touchpoint.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 15 years of experience in social media and paid marketing roles.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent sense of content, trends, storytelling, and design.
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and proactive.
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and handling fast-paced campaign cycles.
  • Experience in lifestyle, wedding, or photography brands is a strong plus.
  • Creative thinker with execution excellence.
