We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence and community growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of digital storytelling, social media trends, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Partner with influencers and content creators for brand campaigns and collaborations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize content for better results.
  • Manage the social media calendar and ensure consistent tone, style, and branding.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and digital best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and content partnerships.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and content planning skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
  • Female Candidates Preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with social media ads and performance marketing.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
