Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media within the Digital Marketing unit.
  • Maintain control over daily, weekly, and monthly budgets for paid media initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
  • Conduct and implement A/B tests to achieve predefined objectives.
  • Propose communication strategies based on campaign data, including KPIs, demographics, geography, and device usage.
  • Present and effectively communicate the strategy and outcomes of paid media campaigns in relevant committees.

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of proven experience in paid social media and paid search management.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, and search engine marketing.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and search engine advertising platforms.
  • Preferred hands-on experience on tools like Google Ads, SA360, Meta and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work in multiple shifts.
