Job Title: LinkedIn / Social Media Marketing & Content Planning Specialist

Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing LinkedIn Marketing, Content Strategy, and Social Media Campaigns (preferably in the IT or B2B field).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage company and showcase pages, ensuring consistent and professional representation.
  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and marketing goals.
  • Write and optimize posts, carousels, and articles for maximum engagement and reach.
  • Support paid LinkedIn campaigns (sponsored posts, InMail, lead gen forms) and track performance.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant industry conversations.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and prepare reports on engagement and reach.
  • Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams to ensure creative alignment.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
  • Repurpose event highlights, webinars, and blogs into social media content.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn algorithm, content trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a B2B tone and professional storytelling ability.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools for content creation.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or native LinkedIn Insights.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
