Role Description

We're hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help manage and scale the digital presence of offzcript's premium brand accounts.

This is a contract-based role for someone who understands both storytelling and systems — capable of turning creative direction into consistent, well-executed marketing.

The role includes posting, calendar coordination, basic design work, and communication with clients and internal teams to maintain seamless execution across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage posting and scheduling across multiple brand and founder accounts
  • Design basic post and story templates (using Canva or Adobe)
  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
  • Coordinate with design, performance, and production teams for asset delivery
  • Assist with community engagement, comments, and DMs
  • Track basic analytics and prepare monthly reports

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
  • Basic design and layout skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Confident communication and coordination skills
  • Understanding of trends, tone, and storytelling in digital media
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, coordination, or content management preferred
