Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

1Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, partners, and institutional collaborations.

Meet and exceed sales targets through innovative business development strategies.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote courses and increase enrollment.

Client Relationship Management

Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.

Ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain engagement and conversions.

Presentations & Pitches

Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch materials independently.

Represent the academy at meetings, seminars, workshops, and networking events.

Travel & Market Expansion

Willingness to travel extensively across cities in South India to explore new opportunities and strengthen relationships.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, academic) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and programs.

Maintain organized records of leads, proposals, and business activities.

Provide timely reports on progress and performance against target.

1.Educational & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing or sales, preferably in the education, training, or skill development sector.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
