Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Preschool Administrator to oversee daily operations and represent the school in all aspects. The role involves managing administration, coordinating staff, ensuring compliance, and building strong parent-school relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage admissions, records, billing, and day-to-day school operations.
- Represent the school with professionalism in all communications and external interactions.
- Support staff coordination, scheduling, and smooth academic functioning.
- Handle parent communication, meetings, and events.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and a positive environment for children and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in school administration/education sector.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Malayalam, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask, manage people, and take initiative.
- Preference: candidates with relevant preschool/school experience.
