We are looking for a Female Sales & Operations Manager to oversee customer interactions, lead a team, and manage front-desk operations at our Gymnastics Center. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for telecalling and customer engagement.
  • Oversee front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Handle inquiries, address complaints, and provide accurate information.
  • Monitor and optimize the trial booking process to drive conversions.
  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain records, office supplies, and administrative functions.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational planning.
