Role Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-jewelry shop Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to provide exceptional customer service. As Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their shopping experience, offering product recommendations, and driving in-store sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selections, styling advice, and garment fitting to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers, explaining product features and benefits, and handling any questions or concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines, seasonal trends, and new arrivals to effectively communicate options and recommendations to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking, organizing, and replenishing merchandise as needed; keep display areas tidy and visually appealing.
- POS Operations: Manage transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with customers, encourage repeat business, and maintain customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum HS Passed.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in the garment or fashion industry, is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to actively listen and make customers feel valued.
- Customer-Focused: Friendly and approachable with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, taking initiative and assisting colleagues as needed.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Gender: female can apply.
