Your Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively source and qualify B2B leads for Salesforce and SaaS solutions through digital platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, and targeted campaigns.
· Craft customized and compelling proposals tailored to client needs to drive quality lead generation.
· Leverage Salesforce CRM tools for efficient pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and data accuracy.
· Conduct engaging discovery calls and presentations with a focus on international markets, especially the US.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and sales engineering teams to convert leads into sales.
· Analyze sales metrics and market signals to continuously optimize business development strategies.
· Stay abreast of SaaS industry trends, emerging product offerings, and the competitive landscape.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS or Salesforce-related sales or business development roles.
· Demonstrated success in lead generation and winning bids on freelance platforms like Upwork.
· Skilled user of Salesforce CRM and related sales enablement technologies.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to relationship building.
