As an
Associate – Audience Acquisition
, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding key stakeholders across the auto and manufacturing landscape for ET's high-impact events. The role blends research, strategic outreach, project execution, and digital engagement, ensuring that every initiative resonates with leaders driving change in the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Delegate Acquisition & Engagement
- Identify and engage CXOs, policymakers, thought leaders, and innovators across automotive and manufacturing ecosystems.
- Research target audiences, design outreach campaigns, and secure delegate participation.
- Strengthen ET Auto & Manufacturing's leadership network through high-quality engagement.
Custom Projects
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design bespoke initiatives aligned with sectoral priorities.
- Translate business needs into impactful project deliverables.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution of projects.
Project Management
- Lead project execution from initiation to closure.
- Track deliverables, monitor risks, and manage timelines effectively.
- Coordinate across editorial, marketing, design, and ops teams for seamless delivery.
Digital & Website Management
- Manage updates on ET Auto & Manufacturing digital platforms.
- Ensure event content, partner information, and industry insights are updated regularly.
- Enhance visibility, accuracy, and user experience.
Major Summits & Flagship Events
- Drive audience acquisition strategies for flagship summits and large-scale industry conclaves.
- Network with high-profile leaders, industry associations, and policy influencers.
- Personalize outreach and coordinate delegate logistics to ensure premium experiences.
Database Building & Intelligence
- Build and maintain a structured database of industry leaders, associations, and ecosystem players.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
- Leverage insights to refine outreach and acquisition strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong research and analytical capability with knowledge of auto and manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication and networking skills for CXO-level engagement.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and MS Office Suite.
- Agility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in audience acquisition, events, or stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to the auto, manufacturing, or allied sectors will be an advantage.
- Experience with digital outreach and content management preferred.
