1. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure timely approvals, renewals, and compliance with all licenses and permits required for the manufacturing plant (e.g., Factory License, Pollution Control Board NOCs, Labour Department registrations, Fire, Boiler, and Electrical inspectorate approvals).
  • Liaise with government authorities such as Industrial Directorate, State Pollution Control Board, Local Municipal Bodies, DISCOM, Labour Office, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance records as per company and statutory requirements.

2. Government & External Liaison

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with officials at local, state, and central levels.
  • Handle all communication and coordination with external bodies for inspections, clearances, and compliance submissions.
  • Represent the company during audits, inspections, and official visits.

3. Land & Infrastructure Coordination

  • Manage liaisoning for land-related matters such as lease agreements, renewal of land documents, industrial area permissions, and utilities connections (water, power, etc.).
  • Coordinate with industrial authorities for layout, building plan approvals, and infrastructure development.

4. CSR & Community Relations

  • Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and maintain good relationships with local communities and panchayats.
  • Address and resolve local issues in coordination with HR and Administration.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain a tracker of all statutory approvals, renewals, and pending applications.
  • Prepare periodic liaisoning status reports for management.
  • Keep records of all correspondence and documents submitted to government authorities.

  • Good understanding of state and central industrial laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation abilities.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct in all dealings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Law, Public Administration, or Business Management).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Industrial Relations or Legal/Administrative field is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
