Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit new franchisees.
  • Evaluate franchise prospects through market research and analysis.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with potential franchise partners.
  • Provide training and support to new franchisees during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials for franchise sales.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
