the Job:Key Responsibilities:1. Franchise Acquisition and Growth:- Identify, approach, and close franchise partners across targeted regions.- Develop GTM plans to expand franchise presence Pan-India.- Build partnerships with entrepreneurs and business owners exploring franchise opportunities.2. Sales Strategy and Process:- Design and implement sales processes for franchise acquisition.- Create SOPs, sales scripts, pitch decks, and closing techniques.- Track and optimize the franchise sales funnel from lead generation to onboarding.3.
