As we expand our partner network, we are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to drive franchise sales and build long-term business alliances across multiple locations.Role Overview The Franchise Partner – Sales will be responsible for identifying potential franchise prospects, pitching Affinity’s franchise model, closing franchise deals, and managing franchise onboarding. This role requires strong communication, market understanding, and the ability to travel across different locations when needed.Key Responsibilities •Identify, target, and approach potential franchise partners across various cities and states. • Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions to explain the Affinity franchise model. • Generate leads through referrals, networking, events, and cold outreach. • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets. • Assist potential partners with documentation, agreements, and onboarding processes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchise partners. • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.Required Skills & Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in franchise sales, channel sales, or business development. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent communication and presentation ability. • Ability to travel across cities for business meetings. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at networking.
