Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive HR at Jasper Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Vijayawada. The Executive HR will handle daily HR management, operations, and employee relations. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The position involves maintaining employee records, conducting recruitment processes, and supporting staff development and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an automotive industry is a plus
