As a Design & Sales Lead, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create Modular designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends to provide the client with the best idea & drive Sales Closure.

To own the Customer Experience during a project.

To lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.

To own an end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, with 2–5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and interior design software.
  • Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail
  • Strong creative and sales closure skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute

Salary Range: Negotiable

Note: Preference will be given to ex-Livspace employees due to their prior experience with our systems and processes.
