Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Trivandrum. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to improve service quality. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
- Technical Support skills for troubleshooting issues
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and service improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Experience in the healthcare or hearing-care industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable
