Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Junior Assistant. The Junior Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, handling customer inquiries, assisting in loan processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Basic accounting and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team collaboration and multitasking abilities
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in finance or related field is a plus (Any Stream)
  • Experience in the financial sector is beneficial, but not required
