Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Com in Taxation and have a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience. The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records in a systematic manner.
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and tax-related documents.
• Ensure accuracy in entries and reconciliations.
• Support the senior accountant and management in audits and compliance work.
• Prepare and submit regular reports as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Com in Taxation (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Tally ERP and MS Office is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on interview performance).
