Junior Physiotherapist

The Junior Physiotherapist assists in delivering physiotherapy services to patients under the supervision of senior physiotherapists. This role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing rehabilitation services to help restore function, improve mobility, and enhance the overall quality of life for patients.

Key Responsibilities
- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct initial assessments of patients’ physical conditions to identify issues and develop treatment plans.
- **Treatment Implementation**: Assist in administering therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrotherapy.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.
- **Monitoring Progress**: Regularly evaluate and record patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- **Participation in Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- **Licensure**: Must be licensed or registered to practice as a physiotherapist in the relevant region.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and deal compassionately with patients.

Working Conditions
- May work in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and community health services. The role may involve physical demands, including lifting and assisting patients.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
