Job Responsibilities/Descriptions

1. Experience in Bio-pharmaceutical Instrumentation Projects / Maintenance

2. At least 5 years handling Experience on Biosimilar / Vaccines Manufacturing Facilities or

Consulting firms.

3. Hands on Experience on BMS / EMS /UMS systems installation, commissioning &qualification

4. Hands on Experience on Bio Process Equipment Instrumentation.

5. Preparation, Review of Process Instruments technical specifications.

6. Responsible for review of HDS documents.

7. Responsible for execution of projects with an internal team and in coordination with

consultants/contractors.

8. Preparation/Review of documents URS, P&ID, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ.

9. Responsible for executing commissioning & qualifications (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ) for all utility

& Process equipment in coordination with vendors/contractors and users.

10. Responsible for technical bid analysis/ design drawing review of vendor proposals.

11. Responsible for ensuring the execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment

as per applicable SOPs and Good Engineering Practices.

12. Responsible for coordination of annual maintenance contracts of applicable

equipment/instruments.

13. Planning and execution of calibrations of applicable instruments with internal or external teams.

Responsible for safety compliance during construction & execution phase of project.

14.

15. Responsible for preparation and review of engineering related SOPs

16. Responsible for handling QMS activities during project phase as well during operations.

Soft Skills:

17. Proficiency in MS Office

18. Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
