Role: Dy. Manager/Manager IT

This role leads the server administration, user and access management, security implementation and maintenance, data backup and disaster recovery, integration of systems and providing technical support for IT related issues.

Experience: 5 years & above

Salary Range: 6 LPA to 8.5 LPA

Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad

Industry: Engineering & Construction & Real Estate

Qualification: Any graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in maintaining corporate network infrastructure including mails administration, firewalls, CC Cameras, DVR/NVR, EPABX, MFP, NAS, routers, switches etc.,
  • Experience in managing laptops, desktops, and local servers (including the software).
  • Attend and assist the hardware and software failures and manage for repair & recovery.
  • Manage LAN Related Issues, design & deploy networks and access points.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts as per request
  • Good Understanding of Windows servers ( Windows 11, Windows 10, MS SQL, MS Office, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Tally etc.,) and DB Admin knowledge.
  • Experience in handling active directory and group policies.
  • Creating and maintaining clear documentation for systems and processes.
  • Other works as assigned by the management from time to time.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and provide occasional after-hours or on-call support for urgent issues.
  • A focus on supporting end-users and taking ownership of their issues to ensure satisfaction and minimal disruption to workflow.
  • Knowledge or ability to quickly learn, industry-specific software for support and integration purposes.
