Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 7+ years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and analytics, with the ability to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth with exposure to real estate marketing being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Lead the social media strategy, content calendar, and brand engagement activities.
  • Drive email marketing, automation campaigns, and CRM integrations for customer retention.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, content, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams effectively.
