YOUR NEW ROLE

• The Midrange and Engineered Platforms team provides infrastructure support for a range of environments running on non-Windows operating systems (OS) such as RedHat Enterprise Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle Linux and Oracle Virtual Machines.
• The team also support the proprietary Oracle Engineered Systems appliances, including Oracle ExaDatas, Private Cloud Appliances, Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliances, Big Data appliances, and the databases, operating systems and middleware running on these.
• As a Senior Security, Risk & Compliance , you will provide leadership to the broader team to ensure the Critical and Complex Platforms risk profile remains as low as reasonably practicable. This includes leading audit responses and associated remediation action plans, developing and improving management reports that provide the leadership team with key insights into risk focus areas and highlights.
• You will be responsible for ensuring our platform teams deliver a resilient and highly available environment, which adheres to the bank's Compliance Framework, Risk Policies, and technology strategy. You will ensure the Midrange Platforms are delivered to an exceptional grade of service for our colleagues and customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) accreditation
• 14+ years experience managing risk, compliance or security related activities for technology platforms
• Exposure to Midrange technologies e.g. Linux, Solaris, AIX, Oracle Engineered Systems
• Experience working in complex technology environments
• Ability to provide technical leadership in area of expertise
• Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
• Tertiary education in Technology or related discipline
