Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Manager – Accounts
to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our real estate business (Kanakia Spaces). The ideal candidate will assist in
finalization of accounts, audits, MIS reporting, RERA compliance
, and ensure timely and accurate accounting of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and finalization of accounts.
  • Coordinate and liaise with statutory and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis for management review.
  • Support in RERA compliance, project accounting, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Monitor cash flows, fund utilization, and coordinate with banks for day-to-day transactions.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and other relevant reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Supervise junior accountants and ensure proper review and documentation of accounting entries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Inter CA / MCom with 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, RERA, and audit processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
