Business Development Executive

About the Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition of new business clients across various industries, introducing our recruitment and talent acquisition services to companies looking to fill their hiring needs. Success in this role will directly impact our firm's growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential B2B clients (companies) to understand their hiring requirements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and lead qualification to presentation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, CXOs).
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, hiring challenges, and competitor activities to position our services effectively.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry.
- A strong understanding of the hiring process and various talent acquisition models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere in India)
