Job Description

We are hiring a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting end-to-end IT solutions (Hardware + Software + Cloud + SaaS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch customized cloud & IT solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Handle inbound queries and perform outbound business development.
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams.
  • Stay updated with cloud technology trends (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Candidate Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT/Cloud/Software/Cloud Sales (preferred)
  • Good understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS business models
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to pitch technical solutions confidently
  • Target-driven and proactive with strong relationship-building skills.
