Job Title: Compliance officer / Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Private Placements, and M&A deals.
  • Originate new business opportunities and maintain strong client/investor relationships.
  • Drive financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence processes.
  • Coordinate with SEBI, RBI, stock exchanges, and other regulators for approvals.
  • Negotiate deal terms and manage transaction structuring.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts/associates on deal execution.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Merchant Banking / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory.
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / CS preferred.
  • Strong track record in capital raising and advisory transactions.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and capital market regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, client management, and presentation skills.
