in Patna.

Job Overview:

As an
Admission Telecaller
, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents. You will provide accurate information about college courses, admission procedures, and counselling support — helping students choose the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
  • Explain details about available courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process.
  • Handle inbound admission enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Follow up with interested candidates to ensure successful admission closures.
  • Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the counsellor and marketing teams for campaigns and events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification:
    12th Pass / Graduate preferred
    .
  • Excellent
    communication skills in Hindi & English
    .
  • Confident, polite, and student-friendly tone.
  • Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills.
  • Prior experience in
    telecalling / counselling / education sales
    preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
