### Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Enrollment Generation:

- Promote the institution’s academic programs, highlighting the value proposition and benefits to potential students.
- Meet or exceed enrollment goals by closing sales and securing student registrations.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.

2. Lead Qualification & Prospecting:

- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online inquiries, social media, school visits, and referral programs.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other external partners to generate a steady stream of prospects.

3. Student Counseling & Consultations:

- Conduct personalized consultations with prospective students to understand their academic goals and match them with the appropriate programs.
- Provide detailed information on program curricula, admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.

4. Admissions Process Management:

- Ensure that applicants meet deadlines and follow up on missing or incomplete documents.

5. Sales Reporting & Strategy Development:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, student interactions, and conversion rates using CRM software or other tracking tools.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, leads, and enrollment trends.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop strategies for attracting more students and improving the institution’s positioning.

6. Event Promotion & Representation:

- Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Organize and participate in campus tours, open houses, or information sessions to increase student interest.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials and campaigns align with sales goals.

7. Customer Service & Relationship Management:

- Build long-term relationships with prospective students by providing exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students during the sales process and maintain communication until enrollment is complete.
- Address any issues, concerns, or questions from prospective students and provide timely resolutions.

8. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other members of the admissions team to meet collective goals and share insights on best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on student preferences, challenges in the sales process, and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,877.81 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
