**Student Consultation**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with potential MBA applicants to understand their career goals, academic background, and interests.
- Evaluate student profiles to identify suitable MBA programs based on their strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide guidance on choosing the right MBA program considering factors like program focus, reputation, location, and cost.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Assist students in crafting compelling essays and personal statements tailored to each program.
- Guide students on how to prepare for entrance exams like GMAT or GRE.
- **Market Research and Outreach**:

- Stay updated on current MBA program trends, admission requirements, and industry demands.
- Generate leads through networking, attending education fairs, and online marketing initiatives.
- Conduct webinars and information sessions to educate prospective students about MBA programs.
- **Admissions Strategy Development**:

- Develop personalized admission strategies for each student based on their profile and target schools.
- **Follow-up and Support**:

- Stay in touch with admitted students to provide guidance on post-admission steps.

Required skills for an MBA counsellor:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**:Ability to build rapport with students, understand their needs, and effectively communicate complex information.
- **In-depth knowledge of MBA programs**:Familiarity with different MBA specializations, admission requirements, and program rankings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
