**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students and parents to provide information about career counseling, coaching institutes, and college admissions.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate details about available courses, institutes, and admission processes.
- Maintain a record of calls and update the database with student details and follow-ups.
- Convince students to take counseling sessions or enroll in recommended programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents by offering professional guidance.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
- Work closely with the admissions and counseling team for smooth coordination.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred in any stream).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or the education sector is a plus. **Freshers can also apply.**:

- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal communication skills in **Hindi** (English is a plus).
- **Personality**: Confident, polite, and persuasive with a customer-friendly approach.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- **Work Hours**: 8
