Job Description - Customer Success Associate
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team
Responsibilities:
● Visit hospitals and patient's homes to setup devices ● Conduct site recce and inform about device requirements to remote team ● Train nurses, doctors, patients on Dozee and the patient monitoring dashboard ● Coordinate with remote team and inform about activities conducted during the visit ● Build and manage relationship with nurses, doctors etc
Requirements:
● Executive should be hard-working and sincere, should be okay to travel long distances ● Executive needs to have a 2-wheeler and a smartphone of their own ● Should have good communication skills, and command over local language ● Prior field experience is a plus ● Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred ● Candidate should have basic understanding of operating a computer ● Candidate should be ok working inside covid ward, and work in night shifts
