Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Meet potential customers, understand their energy needs, and pitch suitable solar solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for quotations, proposals, and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in field sales (preferably in solar, electrical, or related industries).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license
    preferred.
