About the Role:

We are looking for ambitious and driven Sales Executives to join DhanXpert's growth journey. The role requires working on both B2B (financial experts) and B2C (investors) sales to drive onboarding, bookings, and revenue generation. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to DhanXpert's expansion in Tier 2 & 3 markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, meet, and onboard financial experts (MFDs, Insurance Advisors, CAs, Real Estate Advisors, etc.).
  • Promote DhanXpert services to investors and convert them into active users.
  • Achieve sales targets across subscription packages, bookings, and revenue streams.
  • Build strong relationships with experts and clients to drive repeat business.
  • Collect market insights and competitor activities to refine sales strategy.
  • Represent DhanXpert in on-ground events, seminars, and local campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales/field experience in B2B/B2C (finance/fintech preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong target orientation with proven revenue achievement record.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
