  • Experience Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar products, electrical goods, or manufacturing sector
  • Technical Skill Requirement:

  • Basic understanding of solar products, especially solar street lights

  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and site visits
  • Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, mobile sales apps)
  • Two-wheeler driving skills with a valid license (for field mobility)
  • Knowledge of local market, distributors, and customer behavior

Summary / Purpose of the Role

The Field Sales Executive at Fevino Industries LLP is responsible for generating sales, identifying potential clients, conducting site visits, and promoting the company's solar street lighting products in the assigned territory. The role involves traveling to meet clients, conducting product demonstrations, collecting market feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The goal is to boost revenue by increasing product visibility, building strong client relationships, and closing field sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Generation & Revenue Growth

  2. Identify and meet prospective clients including government agencies, contractors, builders, and businesses for solar lighting solutions.

  3. Generate sales through direct client interaction, cold calling, lead follow-ups, and field visits.
  4. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  5. Client Meetings & Site Visits

  6. Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing clients at their offices, sites, or project locations.

  7. Understand client requirements, suggest suitable products, and provide on-site solutions.
  8. Assist clients with basic technical details, installation guidelines, and pricing.

  9. Lead Management & Follow-Up

  10. Follow up diligently on sales inquiries, leads generated by marketing, and incoming calls.

  11. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by building trust and demonstrating product benefits.
  12. Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting formats.

  13. Product Promotion & Demonstration

  14. Demonstrate product features, specifications, and advantages of solar street lights to prospective customers.

  15. Distribute brochures, samples, and promotional materials as needed.
  16. Stay updated with product knowledge and competitors' offerings.

  17. Order Closure & Documentation

  18. Negotiate terms and close sales by preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and documentation.

  19. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Admin, Accounts, Dispatch) for order processing and fulfillment.
  20. Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.

  21. Market Research & Feedback Collection

  22. Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

  23. Share regular feedback with sales and marketing teams for product improvement and strategy development.
  24. Identify new markets, applications, and business segments for solar street lights.

  25. Customer Relationship Management

  26. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

  27. Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sale issues with professionalism.
  28. Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service and clear communication.

  29. Sales Reporting & Coordination

  30. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on field activities, sales performance, and territory updates.

  31. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and strategy discussions.
  32. Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to plan sales activities and territory coverage.

  33. Travel & Territory Management

  34. Manage travel across assigned areas efficiently to optimize customer meetings and coverage.

  35. Maintain expense records and follow company guidelines for travel and reporting.
  36. Ensure strong brand presence and visibility in the assigned field territory.

  37. Support in Events & Exhibitions

  38. Represent the company in local exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events.

  39. Set up stalls, demonstrate products, and interact with visitors to generate leads.
  40. Collect contact information and share follow-up plans with the sales team.
