As a Customer Service - Inbound Process representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inbound inquiries. You will address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
