Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team at Apple Energy Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹ ₹22000 and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries and complaints through calls & emails.
* Assign service engineers for repairs and track job status.
* Prepare quotations, arrange required spare parts, and generate invoices.
* Follow up with customers for payment collection.
* Maintain service records and support after-sales service process.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
