About the Role:

Were hiring for the Tata AIA Customer Service process, handling email and voice support. Candidates must have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email and voice channels.

Provide accurate product/policy information and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain records of all interactions and follow company compliance.

Eligibility

Education: HSC / Graduate (any stream)

Versant Score 5 Mandatory

Good communication (English & Hindi) and typing skills

Freshers & experienced both can apply

Shift Timing:

Voice: 7 AM 10 PM (Day Rotational, Male & Female)

Email:

Male 24/7 Rotational

Female 7 AM – 9 PM

Salary:

Freshers: 25,000 CTC / 21,000 In-hand

Experienced: 28,500 CTC / 25,000 In-hand
