We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, meetings, and digital platforms.
  • Generate new business opportunities by promoting Kiras Tech's digital marketing and technology services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client communications in CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
  • Location: Must be willing to work from the Madhapur office in Hyderabad

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an added advantage
