Role & responsibilities

  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Conceptualize and implement creative ideas for Software Product and client portals/websites.
  • Design Intuitive and Engaging User interfaces for Web and mobile applications
  • Create Wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design Ideas.
  • Test and enhance UI designs for optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.Establish design guidelines, standards,

and best practices.

  • Design visually compelling imagery aligned with clients' branding.
  • Design sample pages, selecting apt colors and fonts.
  • Flexibility to work on UI design and support graphics team on illustrations and/ or motion graphic video.
  • Prior experience in Video editing or motion graphics would be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in FIGMA & Adobe XD is a must.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,

and Adobe After Effects, Sketch.

  • Experience in designing engaging and responsive landing pages.
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset and openness to new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
