About the Role

We are looking for a UX/UI (1+ years of experience) to join our creative and product team. The role involves understanding industry trends, conducting user research, and translating ideas into intuitive and visually compelling designs. You will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate is passionate about design systems, user behavior, and delivering digital experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and functionality.

Main Expectations:

  • Research and stay updated on design trends and industry practices
  • Understand brand requirements and translate them into design solutions
  • Create innovative visuals, infographics, and AI-assisted design elements
  • Develop clear user flows, wireframes, and responsive website structures
  • Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, iconography, and UI patterns
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for smooth design handoff
  • Continuously test, document, and iterate designs based on feedback

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement analysis and document research points for design projects
  • Participate in ideation sessions and propose creative design solutions
  • Design illustrations, graphics, and interactive UI elements using modern tools and AI plugins
  • Build prototypes and workflows, ensuring usability across multiple devices and platforms
  • Apply design principles for responsive and adaptive interfaces with smooth animations
  • Maintain a design system, brand guidelines, and reusable UI components
  • Collaborate with development teams for design implementation and testing
  • Own and ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-based design tools
  • Experience with UI prototyping tools (Figma prototypes, InVision, Framer, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, iconography, and layout systems
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, JavaScript (basic working knowledge)
  • Understanding of interaction design, responsive design, and micro-interactions
  • Ability to create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries

  • Strong communication and attentiveness during team discussions
  • Ability to document and present ideas clearly
  • Problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback/criticism
  • Team collaboration with cross-functional groups (product, dev, marketing)
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to explore new tools and design methods
  • Consistency in managing tasks and delivering within timelines
