Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in
Pune
for a
UI/UX Designer
. The role involves
designing intuitive, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces
while ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to transform user and business needs into impactful design solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for creating
wireframes, prototypes, design systems
, and maintaining
comprehensive design documentation
— including
user flows, design decisions, and rationale
that explain the "why" behind each design choice. The role also involves conducting user research, usability testing, and continuously improving designs based on feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in
    UI/UX Design
    ,
    User Research
    , and
    Interaction Design
  • Hands-on experience with
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe XD
    ,
    Sketch
    , or similar modern design tools
  • Ability to create
    wireframes, interactive prototypes
    , and
    high-fidelity visual designs
    for both web and mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of
    user flows, information architecture, accessibility
    , and
    responsive design principles
  • Capable of documenting the
    user journey, design rationale
    , and maintaining structured
    UI/UX documentation
    for development handoff
  • Familiarity with
    Agile development methodologies
    and tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design concepts effectively
  • Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to balance functionality with aesthetics
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of
    frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)
    for better collaboration with developers
